Magnetic Couplings
Magnetic Couplings
Magnetic Couplings are permanent magnetic synchronous couplings that transmit torque through magnetic force between inner and outer rotors. This design effectively controls precision loss caused by mechanical wear, extending service life. With a shortened transmission distance, the system operates more smoothly, featuring less vibration, lower noise, and higher overall reliability. An isolation sleeve installed between the inner and outer rotors completely isolates and seals the torque transmission between the input and output ends, making it particularly suitable for transporting dangerous, toxic, corrosive, or other hazardous media. This design effectively prevents severe leakage accidents.
The product eliminates auxiliary hydraulic and cooling systems, and the non-contact design between inner and outer rotors significantly reduces maintenance difficulty and frequency, lowering maintenance costs. Fewer shutdowns enhance production efficiency. In case of pipeline blockage or pressure increase, the magnetic couplings provide automatic overload protection, effectively preventing dangerous situations such as explosions or pipeline ruptures, thus reducing accident risks.
This product can be tailored to customer installation requirements or quickly replace old models using its accessories, enabling upgrading of existing equipment. It replaces traditional sealed couplings to meet production needs.
